2011 Year In Review
Mark Bittman published a fantastic list of links about food news from 2011 this week and so I thought I’d largely hand the ball off to him recap some interesting trends and findings from the past year. Stories include the decline in meat consumption last year and a list of 2011′s unhealthiest cookbooks according to the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine. There’s plenty of reading material here, so settle in to learn a little bit more about what we ate and how we ate it last year.
